[Bug]: Mac M1 Pro，在操作拖拽动作后，缩放动作就失效了 #7353

在操作拖拽后，缩放就失效了，只有切换浏览器tab，重新切回来后缩放才能恢复使用。
我测试了我的旧项目，使用的是[email protected] 没有这个问题

- 先测试滚轮缩放（有效）
- 单击拖动（有效）
- 再次滚轮缩放（失效）
