No HDMI display after boot (GPU miscinfigured for X11?)

Hardware:
Jetson orin baseboard purchased from CircuitHub. (https://antmicro-hardware.circuithub.com/)
Reworked for 2 4 lane mipi cameras. (remove R107 and install R103)
Jetson orin NX 8GB.

Powered from J4 or J12

bsp loaded per the instructions here.

enclosed are:
the device tree as decompiled from /proc/device-tree using dtc.
the log from the host while running initrd-flash
the log from the target console during boot
output from dmesg after booting the target.

Note: EUFI displays the NVIDIA Logo and message ** WARNING: Test Key is used. **
on the HDMI display at the point in the debug console output that has a large number of blank lines.

This is the last thing that is displayed on the HDMI monitor.

there are concerning messages about NVRM and Xserver in the debug console logs.

I am able to log into the target from the debug console or ssh.

We're thinking this is related to the right (or wrong) machine definition: Building for this machine should get the demo image working.

Also it turns out the Orin Baseboard build manifest seems to be on the wrong meta-tegra branch since the 8 GB Orin NX machine is missing.

I am also having the same problem. Are there any instructions or solutions to get this working.
