[Feature request] Entry date into the directory

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Europe PMC, listed as an Integrated Service, indexes the content of many preprint servers. The DOAPR represents an excellent tool to identify new servers for indexing, but this requires periodically checking the entire directory against our own lists.

Describe the solution you'd like
A new, sortable column added to the Repositories > 1. General table listing the date of entry of the repository into the directory.

Describe alternatives you've considered
We can manually check the directory periodically for new repositories with the default alphabetic sort order on the Name column, but this is inconvnient.

Additional context
This is very much a nice-to-have feature and entirely depends on whether this date is readily available to you. An update date would be a welcome alternative.
