Localization

I'm heavily considering taking on the task of localizing Gumroad.

The plan is to use the native I18n rails api for backend, and react-i18next for frontend. For translation management, possibly use something like crowdin.com to crowdsource translations (AI can only get you so far).

I would really like for this NOT to be a hard fork, so if this reaches someone at Antiwork, please let me know how I can reach you guys to make sure the changes are up to standard and can be merged back to upstream when it's done.
