I just pulled the code and ran it and got this error for vision_with_tools.ipynb

Shouldn't this just work out of the box? Not motivating to use if the first run fails..

InternalServerError: Error code: 529 - {'type': 'error', 'error': {'type': 'overloaded_error', 'message': 'Overloaded'}}"
