Multiple group support

My MODx form contains checkboxes that should correspond to a group of 5 items I have setup in MailChimp (MC).

The problem is that when someone chooses all the checkboxes, only the first one records in MC.

My mcMergeTags:

&mcMergeTags=FNAME:firstname,LNAME:surname,INTERESTS:cbox1,cbox2,cbox3,cbox4,cbox5,STORE:store

I realise I shouldn't have commas between the cbox elements but nothing else works either.
