Use subdomain/context key instead of full domain

Hi there,
just took a look at the extension. Looks great and I would love to use it, but it should go for subdomains and kontext keys for context selection instead of the full domain. This way developers could maintain different environments (development, staging, production).
Only exception to this rule would be www subdomain => web context.
