通过模版生成的antd blazor server工程，修改appsettings.ProSettings后，页面工具栏上的主题选项切换成了配置的，但实际展示的样式还是默认的，setting没有生效。任意点击一下工具栏的颜色或主题后，配置的样式才生效。
