(Workflow) Job Templates Webhooks

SUMMARY

Bitbucket Server is not able to launch (workflow) job templates using webhooks.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

Enable Webhook (I've tried both Github and GitLab options) on a Job Template.
Copy and paste URL and Token in the Bitbucket repository.
Test Connection.
Error message :
{"detail":"You do not have permission to perform this action."}

EXPECTED RESULTS

Job template trigerred by Bitbucket actions.

ACTUAL RESULTS

Nothing but : {"detail":"You do not have permission to perform this action."}
