Feat: Change background of button on hover

on opening https://anitab-org.github.io/events/open-source-hack/ ,we can improve a little bit off css like,

Describe the solution you'd like

in the picture given below we can add that on hover over the arrow the background changes

after hover it should look like -

and in the footer on clicking on the icons like facebook ,twitter and linkedin its background also changes


and we can also add some padding in them for a nicer look and we can also add github icon with these, that will take it to the github page of anitab.org
