Adding a new slide deck

1. Create a folder with the date of the WG call (yyyy-mm-dd)
2. Create a presentation.md file in the folder
3. Run yarn export:pdf <yyyy-mm-dd>/presentation.md and yarn export:html <yyyy-mm-dd>/presentation.md
4. Add entry to the list above
