Troubles with new release

We have run into two bugs outside our code trying to get 0.3.0 out the door.

First, a cross-platform rendering bug in iced_aw & tiny-skia means the hardware menu works wonky on linux (including Pi).

While fixing that with 0.3.1, a dependency stopped building, preventing our "cargo install" of 0.3.1 working

I will yank 0.3.1 from crates.io, and you can install 0.3.0 and live with the UI bug while we try and fix this and get a 0.3.2 out!

I've just realized that this problem has broken the "cargo install" of 0.3.0 as well :-(
So, I have unyanked 0.3.1 as you can still build from source locally, and it benefits from having the menu rendering change that avoids the bug in it.

This has been fixed, and 0.3.2 published to crates.io.
