I routinely check new individual entries I make, but also "routinely" forget to then deactivate "Only check entries that have not changed since the breach".
The result message then is "No breached entries found", which is misleading because it implies that this username/password did not appear in any breaches when in fact the entry simply is younger than the breaches.
Perhaps the result message could be more in line with the option that causes it, something like "Entry changed since breach date."?
