Added in commit e429916.
It's a bit weak though

Added minimum player check, and restart on join.

Improved #5 (explosion sound).
Fixed a bug that caused a crash if juggernaut had not spawned.
Faster restart time, and added a quickstart parameter to endround for extra fast restarts.
