Incremental vs Full Backups

Hi,

First of all, thanks for that great script. I have a few questions however:
1. Does it Perform full backups? 
2. Can it perform Incremental Backups?
3. I see that --ttl option is now deprecated, should we manually delete old backups for the time being?
