What exactly does the panel do?

Basically it is a system to license software.

Originally it was developed by @znix to license cheating software for e.g. CSGO.
However that doesn't mean it can only be used for that.

How do I update the panel?

Download the latest release. And drag all files and folders except "/app/core" (this would overwrite your config) to your server.
However, if you have already missed some updates you should reinstall the panel completely.

Why do updates come so rarely and sometimes lead to bugs?

Currently I`m working on the panel alone in my free time.

I try to test most before the release.
However, due to the many features of the panel and several ranks and themes, I do not always succeed.
If you found a bug, feel free to report it here or via discord.

Why are parts of the code so messy?

Parts of the code are from old & private projects and have not been improved yet.
Feel free to create a pull request with improvements. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
