With addition of new metric to Kiosk API Vendor Traffic - lostFeaturedOffer I have a question how in reality it is calculated.
According to Documentation both in SP API docs and in:
This value provides the percentage of product page views where your offer is not the Featured Offer. It is equal to the number of glance views where your item is not the Featured Offer divided by the total number of glance views.
So it sounds like
lostFeaturedOffer = (1-(Featured Offer Page views (glanceViews in API) / Page views)
But in reality numbers do not align.
So my questions are:
- How in reality is
lostFeaturedOffer calculated?
- Are
Page views (not glanceViews) available in any API's or are planned to be added?
