How to customize application icons in YASB taskbar (Edge, Epic Games Store, Steam, etc.

Hello everyone,
I’m currently customizing my YASB taskbar and I’d like to change the application icons that appear (for example Edge, Epic Games Store, Steam, Spotify, Discord, etc.).
I’ve already tried editing the file and using or , but I’m not sure about the correct YAML indentation and the best way to assign Nerd Font glyphs or custom PNG icons to each app.
Could someone share a clear example of how to properly configure the icons for these applications in YASB?
Any tips or sample code would be really helpful for me and others who want to personalize their taskbar.

Does the ActiveWindowWidget have an app_list?

I don't know, I'm a python programmer not Yaml, if you can help me.... Can you create a exemple I need for changing taskbar icon. I spend 3h but I don't know how to do.

If you’re talking about the taskbar widget, you can’t change icons. The only widget where you can define app icons is this one https://github.com/amnweb/yasb/wiki/(Widget)-Applications
