Allows you to share a regeneration cycle with someone, dunno how exactly but oh well

Makes it so you share the same skins for regeneration cycles.

If you both are on the same regen cycle 1 of you has to regen.

In short this bassicly makes it so if you share with your freind and you regen into will smith, once they regen they regen into YOU and then they regen into will smith, imagine it like the master, or day of the doctor
