After upgrading to 1.9.1, the is uploaded to the folder on the server.but it is not attached to the mail any more - only the ID without a hyperlink is shown. Maybe its a template issue? Thanks for your support. Craft CMS is v2.7.3.

Did you ever find a resolution for this issue? I am facing the same one. I know I should have long since upgraded Craft and probably use a different forms plugin, but I am stuck with this for now and need a fix for the file attachment issue.
