Change font size?

Hi there,

I'm trying to put together an al-folio publications page, but for some reason it changes the size of the text under "submitted:", I was wondering if anyone knew how to remedy this? https://github.com/AndrewWilliams3142/andrewwilliams3142.github.io/blob/source/_pages/publications.md

As you can see, the text below submitted is a few points smaller than that above, but I can't work out why? Also I can't seem to change the font size for that sentence...
