Add better error messages for wrong frame sizes

There are several causes for wrong frame sizes, which should have a useful error message, for example

• Input resolution cannot be changed because another program is locking the video device
• Input and Output resolution are not matching because the output device is used and cannot be changed (?)
• Wrong size for virtual background image (?)
