INSTRUCTIONS

On node of choice required modules are:
- python/3.7.0
- cuda/10.0.130
- venv/wrap

follow instructions below to install a virtual environment on your node with the following:
link: https://crc.pitt.edu/python

required packages:
- torch/torchvision with cuda 10.0 : https://pytorch.org/get-started/previous-versions/
- torchsummary (pip install torchsummary)
- thop (pip install thop)
