Awesome software, exactly what I needed! However, I found a few shortcomings/bugs during testing.

OS: Windows 10

1. If you run "Trayy" as an administrator, most windows on the desktop will no longer close correctly. This behavior does not depend on the "Trayy" settings.
   I can assume that "Trayy" intercepts all "Close" events in the operating system, but for some reason stops checking its own list/filter of applications.

2. The "Send to tray also on closing" option is not finalized. If you close an application via the "Taskbar", it will not be added to the tray. Probably, not all users need this behavior of the program. Therefore, it would be convenient not to rewrite the option, but somehow split it into two separate options. Add an additional option: "Send to tray when closing from the taskbar" and rename the current one to "Send to tray when closing with a button". I think this will more correctly describe the behavior of the program.

3. Incorrect work with multi-window applications. This is especially noticeable when the "Do not show in taskbar" option is enabled. I know that the "Trayy" is designed to work with simpler applications, but it is also great if you need to minimize a multi-window application to the tray. The problem is that each window of such an application is "minimized" separately. Because of this, many "empty icons" are created in the tray. However, only the "main icon" has an icon with the image of the original application. Another problem is that if you "maximize" one window from the tray, some of the windows of this application will still remain in the tray. Simply put, a multi-window application can be minimized to the tray with one click, but it is problematic to maximize it.
   A probable solution would be to monitor the hierarchy and bind all additional windows to one "Main" window. I do not know how to describe it more accurately ...

Yes, we need options:

Rename "Send to tray when closing with CloseButton [X]"

Add "Send to tray when closing from the Taskbar"

Add "Send to tray when closing with Alt+F4"

Full customization of the program's behavior!

Although I can assume that the last two methods of closing the application use the same event.

It would also be useful to replace the "global config" with "individual config" for each application. I don't know how difficult it will be. But the "Trayy" mode with individual settings for each application seems more functional and "correct".

Some good suggestions here.

1. I see the problem with the elevated execution of Trayy. I'll look into it.

2. Trayy only intercepts clicking on the X button on the title bar and other close methods will indeed close the app. I'll consider extending the interceptions globally.

3. Currently multiwindow handling only applies to Thunderbird as a special case. Generalizing this idea to other apps is tricky but I agree it's a great feature to add

I'm not planning to extend the settings for now but I admit I have thought about it :)

I'm experiencing the same issue with standard user permissions: the apps can't be closed as long as Trayy is running.

Multi-window support should be much improved in v2.0.

@alirezagsm: It looks like the issue has been resolved in the new version. I'll go ahead and reinstall Trayy and monitor it closely.
