We should have tests to make sure the package manager backups are working correctly.

WIP in test-backups branch.

WARNING: IT WILL OVERWRITE YOUR DOTFILES AS IS.
DO NOT RUN THIS BRANCH, IT IS NOT STABLE.

I need to figure out how to either "fake" a home directory, or refactor the code to pass in the directory to look for dots in.

I think option 2 will be easiest.

This was a WIP for dotfile and dotfolder backups. Ignore this.
