Update Algorand Releases + Add to official repo #482
Comments
Thanks for the submission! The releases page should be up to date now. We've been considering the latter as well. |
Scope of this would be for researching adding the existing package to our repository and testing it. |
Thanks @onetechnical. Yeah not sure what your internal SDLC is, but just wanted to make the request to add it to the repo known. You can close this out or keep this open to keep track of this request. However you see fit. |
Any update on this? |
Just wanted to ping this issue again to make sure it's not forgotten. |
Looks like this page is being updated properly now, thanks for your persistence. |
This is awesome!!! Thanks! |
@winder opening this again. Seems I can no longer do apt-get install algorand-indexer. |
Summary
The latest version of indexer is 2.3.4, but the releases page: https://releases.algorand.com/ lists 2.3.3. This should be updated. Also wanted to see if indexer could be included in the package repo so that developers may be able to do something like:
apt-get install algorand-indexer
instead of manually downloading the binary and running it.Urgency/Relative Priority
