Please have a look

by default option, the H264 option is unchecked , others are checked.
when loading any video on YouTube, it only complains that Your browser can't play the video

let me answer by myself,
after installing Media Feature Pack, this issue has gone.

You can close the issue if it's not a problem with the extension
