Bizhawk crashes when a save state tries to load that was created with another core

Fix - delete all state files and restart

saveslot & loadslot only load savestates for the current core. But then it won't save to the project folder.

This is good to document because I think it has happened before. Not sure of a fix at the moment unless we somehow saved which core is used for each ROM in some sort of a session state file.
