Repo name change

Repo name has been changed to project-dataworks_base, as its more descriptive than the one we used to have. Also, as the current main branch holds the app base code, I think it would be better holding work related to the specific app in a separate branch, named app-appname, and renaming main into something like base.

Changes in base can occur, so we should rebase app-appname every time we reach a point release/stable version.
