Right now RandomGridSfuffle divides image into tiles, and shuffles those that have the same shape.

Hence, if grid = (2, 2) and image has shape (101, 99), we have 4 tiles of different shape.

In such case we still could not do tile shuffling, but still can shuffle vertical and / or horizontal stripes made of tiles.
