Notification countdown bar is significantly different to actual countdown

Describe the bug
The bar in the notification panel keeps updating itself only when the phone screen is turned on. If the phone screen is turned off, it does not update, but the actual timer is still updating. This requires the user to open their phone screen to check on their timer rather than just checking it from the notifications.

Tried reproducing it and you are right the notification is not updating if device is locked. Will fix this in next update
