Scenario:

Watch music video for the 1st time
There are several non-music parts
I want to watch the whole "short-film" this 1st time, to get the full experience
Click button "Don't skip for this video"

I think not skipping any, for this video, would do for now. Doesn't have to be "don't skip the ones in this category" for now at least

(And yes, I know about white-listing channels :)
