[Firefox] Not working at all, popup is also blank

I also had DeArrow break similarly (at the same time), but I was able to download my settings (the dedicated options page wasn't broken) and reinstall the extension.
This did not affect any of my other extensions.

What I have tried:

1. Turning extension off and on again
2. Checking for updates (there was none)
3. Clearing cache/cookies and restarting browser

I am willing to reinstall the extension, but I was hoping I could download/copy my settings first.

Not sure of a way to fix this without losing data in an uninstall unfortunately.

Reinstalling the extension resolved the issue described on Firefox 130

Still having this issue every couple months, and (at least this time, don't remember if it's happened the other times) both sponsorblock and dearrow broke at the same time

It doesn't seem to be just a youtube thing, as return-youtube-dislike is still working
