Feature Request: Decouple built-in in-memory queue implementation and provide an interface for other queue implementations

As a user of the axios-rate-limit library, I would like to suggest decoupling the built-in in-memory queue implementation and providing an interface for other queue implementations such as redis. This will allow users to easily switch between different queue implementations by configuring the library with the desired queue type.
