How would I go about changing the cells for easy and medium

I have been looking at the code and I admit I am not seeing how I can change the cells for easy and medium, from what I can tell 45 cells it a bit too easy and I would like to drop say Easy to roughly 36 cells and medium to 39 or something.

The others I am not to sure just yet, but if I can work out how to change these two, I maybe able to work out how to do the other two if need be.

And how would I go about adding another mode and make easy as very easy instead.

Any help would be appreciated.
