CUDA13.0 & general package updates #21

Hi,
This is a really cool approach, and I'm interested to try it out and possibly see if it can implement HippUnfold surfaces as well. The hippocampus is an extension of the neocortex that has similar challenges - variable gyral/sulcal patterns that we want to align with vertex-equivalence. The hippocampus is more challenging since its on a smaller scale, but its highly clinically relevant and we have plenty of training data at various resolution levels. I'd be happy to chat more about this endeavour if you're interested to work together.
I'm just trying to run some initial out-of-the-box tests but I've had a hell of a time setting up a working conda env. The main issue I'm having is that our systems are on CUDA13.0, and this seems to lead to a lot more incompatibilities. I may eventually be able to resolve these, but I was wondering if there is anyone on your end interested in updating all dependencies in general? A big help of course would be switching to the latest main branch of pytorch3d, if that is possible in the current Vox2Cortex.
