Stderr not working

I use to store the error and use of debug variable using cerr
Store the cerr results in another file using

#ifndef ONLINE_JUDGE
freopen("Error.txt", "w", stderr);
#endif

But this is not working when I try to run code with cph but it work normally

Can anyone guide me what to do
