OM-213 - Revised graph dashboard (#132)

incorporated the feedback from product and customer,
Overview should aggregate all AGS instances with:
Different color lines and a legend for the node IP.
Each sub-panel should display information about specific AGS instances.
The same applies to scripts/second.
Include JVM metrics (currently in the “Aerospike Graph Service JVM”) into the AGS instance panel.
