Migrate OrgDetectorAgent #1107
Description
Overview
The OrgDetectorAgent (src/agents/org-detector) is currently not working due to a change in the infrastructure.
As all agents should be moved to Mystique, this is a good opportunity to fix and migrate the agent to Mystique.
Details
The migration involves removing the current agent from SpaceCat, transferring its instructions and tools to Mystique, and adjusting the SpaceCat Slack bot to call the Mystique agent instead of calling the old version in SpaceCat.
