No way to set z-Index of banner

Currently there is no way to set z-Index of adjust banner. It is added to root by default. However, if there is another component which is added to root. There is no way to set the z-Index in banner style. There should be an option to set the style of banner from code.

adjust-sb_banner__ttd2n currently sets z-Index to 1 by default and that causes the problems.
