[BUG]: Sorting reports to review on "analysis" page by project is very slow

Description

I currently have 9 reports to review. When I click on the "project" column to sort, the query takes almost two minutes to complete.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Click on the "review" button in the header (left of your username)
2. Click on the "project" column to sort
3. Observe slowness

Expected Behavior

Should be fast :-)
