Add NeoKey Socket Breakout

Hello! I can't seem to find this part in any of the libraries. Would you mind adding it, please? Thanks!

There's this, but warning, this is for CREATING the board. If you are trying to, say, plug this breakout into a circuit board, it's flipped the wrong side up (I learned this the hard way).

You'll need to reassign the pin labels (which will make the picture wrong) to the opposite side if you're looking to plug this into a board.
