目前存在问题，dtle偶尔会卡住，为了保证不影响生产，需要快速的手段恢复复制

Describe the solution you'd like

将有问题的事务原封不动的传输到目标端后，保障dtle能沿着下一批事务继续
限制：如果源端和目标端数据不是一比一，该方案不可行
