ACT rule bisz58 "Meta element has no refresh delay (no exception)"

  1. (Correctly ?) Not listed in the page for "Proposed WCAG 2 rules":
    https://www.w3.org/WAI/standards-guidelines/act/rules/#proposed-rules-for-wcag-2
  2. It is listed in the page for "Rules for WCAG 2":
    https://www.w3.org/WAI/standards-guidelines/act/rules/#rules-for-wcag-2
  3. The URL for the rule on this page does not include "proposed"
    https://www.w3.org/WAI/standards-guidelines/act/rules/bisz58/
  4. but the URL for the rule gets redirected and includes "proposed"
    https://www.w3.org/WAI/standards-guidelines/act/rules/bisz58/proposed/
  5. and the rule description page still includes "Proposed":

Proposed
Meta element has no refresh delay (no exception)

So there is probably an updated page that we can't get to because of an invalid redirect?

I believe this issue was fixed and the page no longer automatically redirects to the "Proposed" version of the rule. @WilcoFiers can you confirm this?

@WilcoFiers @sage-putnam
Correct, no auto redirect any longer

However, there are still two pages:

Some tools may be linking to the "old proposed rule" that has since been reviewed and promoted.

If ACT plans to keep both pages, then I recommend:
