Custom HassSetTemperature Intent?

I am attempting to set the temperature of a thermostat, but I get an error due to the HassSetTemperature not existing.

It attempts to call it, but looking through the Core, it looks like this intent does not actually exist. Does anyone have an example of a custom intent they are using for climate/thermostat?
