feature request: line-interactive mode cli option for client

Hi!

I have a small feature request:  the option for a client to set line-interactive mode immediately by passing an option to rnsh, e.g. `rnsh IDENTITY --line-mode`

It would make connecting to a server over lora a lot more convenient!
