Comment added by Aroma Abeysinghe to ACCESS Integrated Science Gateways v1 Integration Roadmap document in Google docs before it was migrated to GitHub: "Science gateway providers are different from gateway owners. Providers could be platforms like SciGaP, Tapis, etc and owners could be just the community leader, tool owners, etc. So most of the time it would be the owner who would make these requests as the allocation is owned by them.".

We either need to define our terminology, like Science Gateway provider, operator, or owner, or just switch to the term "Science Gateway Operator"?
