I have tried to provide and implementation for the general problem of - To Design a optimal scheduling strategy- that will maintain the optimal schedulability of QoS aware tasks on multiprocessors while maintaining proportional fairness and decreasing the power consumption in multiprocessors and hence increasing the energy efficiency in them.
