First off, thanks so much for this bot! It's really fantastic. I was wondering if it would make sense to add an option to suppress the posting/emailing if there has been no activity on a repo in the past week. (I stupidly clicked "allow all" on the configuration, and promptly received about 200 emails, including from repos that haven't had activity in months. My fault, of course, but I wonder if people who have followed repos that don't get updated that often would get annoyed with the new posts every week and end up unfollowing.)
Thanks for your consideration, and for this most excellent bot. <3

Thank you @snipe for using the app and giving feedback! ♥️
In the beginning, the app was not that popular and we didn't think of making this as a feature.
But as the app is getting popular, I too think this is a really needed feature.
I will add a feature label for the same would try to work on this.

I completely understand!
Let me know if there’s a way I can help. JS isn’t my strongest language, but I’d be willing to take a stab if you can give me some direction on how you’d want this implemented.
