Display at fixed coordinates with MouseGetPos #130

Instead of having to guess, or figure out where the correct coordinates are on your monitor, allow for the use of MouseGetPos

How it would work:

Tick 'Display at fixed coordinates'
a chat box tells you to click where you want the tooltip to show
Coordinates are filled in when you click on the desired pixel
